  • What is self-storage?

    Self-storage is a service that allows individuals and businesses to rent secure storage units to store personal or business belongings for short- or long-term periods.

  • How does self-storage work?

    You choose a unit size that fits your needs, sign a rental agreement, move your items in, and access them whenever needed during business hours.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    No Deposit required, just the first 4 weeks upfront. unless duration is less than 4 weeks. Then 1-3 Weeks Upfront.

  • What sizes of storage units are available?

    We offer outdoor 20ft Containers with easy drive up access and a variety of Indoor unit sizes ranging from small garden shed size to larger units sizes. please see indoor storage page for sizes.

  • How much does a storage unit cost?

    Pricing varies based on unit size, location, and rental duration. Please contact us for prices.

  • How long can I rent a storage unit?

    You can rent a unit on a flexible weekly basis or for a longer-term, depending on your needs.

  • What can I store in a self-storage unit?

    You can store household goods, furniture, business inventory, seasonal decorations, and more. However, hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, and flammable substances are not allowed.

  • Are my belongings safe in storage?

    Yes! Our facilities are equipped with security features such as 24/7 surveillance, gated access, and individual unit locks are to be suppled by the Customer to ensure sole access.

  • Do I need insurance for my stored items?

    While we take security seriously, we recommend getting storage insurance to protect your belongings from unforeseen events. We Recommend the below insurance company, but customers are more than welcome to use any others.

  • Can I access my storage unit anytime?

    Access hours are within normal business working hours between 8am - 8pm. 


    But we can accomodate access outside of these time with notice.

  • Can I change my storage unit size after renting?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your unit size based on availability. Contact our office for assistance.

  • What payment options do you accept?

    Currently accepting bank transfers / Standing orders

  • How do I cancel my storage unit rental?

    Simply notify us before your next billing cycle and move your belongings out before the contract end date.
